What is the payment procedure?

uSquad operates on a bi-weekly billing cycle, which means that invoices are generated every 15 days - once at the start of the month and once in the middle. These invoices reflect the hours worked by our talent during the previous 15-day period and are generated with Net 20 terms.

How does uSquad know it's the right developer for my company?

At uSquad, we have a comprehensive recruitment and vetting process to ensure that we match your company with the right talent. We take the time to fully understand your needs before presenting you with candidates. Our process includes extensive testing of hard and soft skills, as well as thorough technical interviews.

What if I'm not pleased with the talent that has been assigned to my company?

If for any reason you're not satisfied with the talent we've matched with your company, we'll work with you to find an alternative developer and extend the trial period accordingly. Our trial period is risk-free, so you won't be charged if you're not satisfied with the initial match.

Does uSquad lead the project?

Unlike traditional agencies, uSquad does not manage the developer's projects. Our experience has shown that direct collaboration strengthens the client-developer relationship and increases productivity. uSquad, on the other hand, is always available to assist both developers and clients during a project and to ensure that an effective working relationship is maintained throughout. All developers hired by uSquad are outgoing and communicative, making them easy to integrate into your team.

How is my intellectual property and privacy protected by uSquad?

We take the protection of our clients' intellectual property and confidentiality very seriously. All paid-for work is the property of the client, and we provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality of all requests. Our developers are also covered under this agreement, providing an additional layer of protection for our clients' sensitive information.

Is it possible to engage an engineer for a short-term project?

However, short-term projects can be challenging since the onboarding time for the developer may impede their performance.
